This includes providing advice on project scoping, coordinating contributions from specialists, maintaining effective communication and liaising with stakeholders. The types of projects undertaken often encompass the other three Arts Learning & Teaching pillars. The team routinely manages projects involving curriculum renewal, design and evaluation, benchmarking, needs analyses, external collaborations, and the development of transferable skills frameworks.
